Job Description
Purpose To manage, support and supervise the business development of Cloud Solutions and Data Center Services. This unit is responsible for the acquisition of new projects and project bids.
Main Priorities Relationships Skills/ Knowledge
Initiate marketing strategies and coordinate actions to influence the market.
Internal Reporting Manager, Product Team, Solution Team, Delivery Team, Cross functional Business Units and their respective internal BDMs relationships
Strong knowledge of cloud solutions - preferably AWS, Azure.
Clarify goals and reach agreement maintaining the interests of all parties.
Experience selling Enterprise software, IT solutions, Software (SaaS) etc.
Proactively helps improve products and services by providing inputs to product management team on customer needs, emerging trends and competition. External Corporate Clients
Some Experience in Infrastructure, Telecom, Software Services will be a Plus.
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
Strong communication skills (both written verbal), relationship, selling presentation skills

Teaming, liasoning, relationship Management, negotiation business knowledge.
Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients.
Cover the market for the Business Unit, all the accounts. Key Performance Indicators
Key Output
To achieve monthly/quarterly order booking revenue targets. Defend the revenue with the existing accounts and ensure higher share of wallet
Experience 10- 15 years
Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
Order Booking Participating in large deals involving total outsourcing and Disaster Recovery Solutions.
Revenue Industry Type Services Industry - Preferably from Hosting services, Managed services, Data Center Services etc
Working with business partners / alliances.
Gross Margin Ensure revenue realization by directing timely execution of projects from all the internal stakeholders.
Funnel build-up per BDM per Quarter Market Exposure Preferably Exposure to local markets.
Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.

Qualification
Engineering Graduate or/ and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/ university
