We are now recruiting a number of office based TechnicalSupport Executives for IT and Windows/MAC OS Tech support. Coming from a proven technical support background , You will be responding to customer requests both by phone and email, processing customer needs and pro-actively helping customers with technical issues through outbound inbound calling. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious tech support / customer services person to progress within an International data recovery service provider based in US. Work involves US timings.
Responsibilities of the Technical Support Executive include
STRONG English fluency (both written and verbal) is mandatory
Minimum 3 year plus experience in Technical Support on Windows OS /Servers/ MAC OS /Linux
Consistent record for profit growth/business development
Process services for your designated customers.
The Technical Support Executive should have demonstrative experience of
Experience working in Sales Support, Technical Support or Customer Services role working within an IT/ITES/Cloud service provider.
GOOD KNOWLEDGE of Windows OS / MAC OS/ Linux and troubleshooting skills in those areas
Ability to work with remote based programs
Excellent customer service skills and ability to sell new services to customers and to work to KPIs and business targets.
Excellent communications skills with a clear, confident and articulate telephone manner.
