- Identify and target potential clients in need of monitoring and observability solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Business Development
- Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the performance management industry.
- Develop and present compelling sales pitches and proposals to potential clients.
Client Management
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products and services.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless implementation of solutions for clients.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to network and promote Observelites offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Preferably has experience running their own business or has entrepreneurial experience.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and performance management solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
