Job Description
. Key role in synthesis/evaluation of new PU and other resins for product improvement and cost reduction
2. Industrialization / scale up of polyurethane resin
3. Evaluation of PU and other resins in ink application
4. Evaluation of different RMs in PU and respective ink system
5. Compliance with HSE rules and quality standard like IMS, HIRARC, 5S etc.
6. Cross functional coordination (like GIN, Purchase, SCM, GAN etc....) to ensure and comply technology solutions
Your Profile What do You bring as Executive / Sr.Executive-Technology Development (f/m/d)
1. Synthesis of PU resins and other resins
2. Industrialization / scale-up of polyurethane resin
3. Testing of PU resins and other resins in ink system
4. Evaluation of different raw materials
5. Support to production team
6. Integration with AT/production team for validation of Polyurethane resins
7. Maintenance of regular products
8. SOP (Standard operating Procedure) creation and maintenance
9. Support to Purchase on Ebyte savings activities
10. ISO Documentation and report writing
11. Efficient project management in terms of meeting timeline, cost evaluation, documentation, etc
12. 5S activity of lab
