Job Description for Female Telecaller Position Telecaller Location Saibaba Colony Type Full-time Salary Competitive (Based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities 1. Outbound Calls Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products. 2. Customer Inquiries Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed product information. 3. Lead Generation Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling and follow-ups. 4. Follow-up Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to secure repeat business. 5. Appointment Setting Schedule appointments for the field sales team. 6. Database Management Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information. 7. Feedback Collection Collect customer feedback and report to management. 8. Sales Targets Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. 9. Product Knowledge Stay updated with the latest product information and market trends. 10. Reporting Prepare and submit daily call reports to the supervisor. Qualifications 1. Experience Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field. 2. Education High school diploma or equivalent a bachelor s degree is a plus. 3. Skills Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and listening skills. 4. Others Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
