Project Manager Business Analyst for Credit Risk

- Lead an IT project team in the area of credit risk and mobilize their efforts
in meeting project commitments
- Closely partner with the business project lead of the risk change function to
deliver technology change as part of major regulatory initiatives
- Plan and co-ordinate activities across multiple functions such as project mana
gement, business analysis, development, quality control, user acceptance testing
and production release
- Demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with clients, spo
nsors and stakeholders across business and technology, in global locations to en
sure that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and in line with client
requirements
- Pro-actively identify and call-out risks to project deliveries and communicate
them to the stakeholders
- Pro-actively identify strategies to mitigate risks and take the lead on resolv
ing issues
- Clearly understands the demand order book and is able to plan/secure capacity
to fulfill the same
- Provide coaching, guidance and direction setting to the team members, so that
team members understand their tasks clearly and act on them efficiently
- Set realistic and practical goals and milestones and is able to think-through
and articulate strategies for achieving these goals

You will be part of team of the global Credit Risk IT function of U
BS with footprints in all major locations across the globe and responsible for
- providing the systems needed by the Investment Bank, Wealth Management and Fir
mwide Risk to manage Credit Risk exposure of its global Front Office trading fun
ctions.

Your experience and skills
Your experience
- At a minimum, a degree level qualification and have 10 years of experience pr
e-dominantly in software delivery
A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a background in fi
nancial services
- Experience and knowledge of the Credit Risk domain in Wealth Management is a m
ust
- Experience of being responsible for significant technology change projects typ
ically with large budgets and staff with a strong focus on meeting project commi
tments, managing stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as part
of a global team
- Ability to work with multiple delivery teams and manage project priorities
- Experience of people management and have led teams in the past

- Able to engage with people across all levels across global locations

- You have a flair for technology and are adept at leveraging the latest tools a
nd technologies to increase team productivity and collaboration across dispersed
teams
- Able to challenge the status quo and if required you have the ability to push-
back demands from stakeholders
- Someone with a general ability to pick up information quickly and turn around
deliverables under pressure
- A team player with excellent people management skills
- Proficient in presentation and analysis techniques and tools (MS Office, Excel
, PowerPoint etc)
