Job Description
.In this role, the person is responsible to lead the entire software development life cycle which includes Analyse, Design, Develop, Test and Maintain. The software shall be related to central alarm monitoring, physical security analytics and related services. Close interaction with all stakeholders in services for e.g. management, software team, users and third party hardware vendors/service providers.
2.Responsible to ensure development satisfy product specifications, meet department standards and are properly documented. When necessary, assists developers/engineers with their approach and to design of software applications and systems, including reviewing design and development work performed.
3.This position should ensure the system is built over latest and scalable technology. Prepares activity, progress and status reports regarding software development activities for review by senior development and architecture leadership.
4. 5 years proven experience in building web-based scalable enterprise applications with involvement in multiple full life-cycle projects.
5.Demonstrated experience leading teams of software professionals.
6. 5 years hands-on recent experience with building .NET web-based applications with ASP.NET and with C is required.
7.Experience with the spectrum tools used for .NET development, source code management and development/test environments VS, TFS, etc.
8.5 years experience with relational databases, preferably SQL recent versions
9.Ability to collaborate effectively with team members is a must.
10.Experience with alarm monitoring software or video analytics will be given highest preference.
11.Preference will be given to candidate with IOT (Internet of Things).
