About the role Social Media Executive
The Social Media Executive will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content. They will also be responsible for increasing community engagement by pushing socials media content, replying to comments/posts on different social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.
As a social media executive at ACT, you will be working closely with the Sr. Social Media Executives to ensure that the online community is maintained as a safe and fun environment with highly engaged target audience.
Job responsibilities
Pushing content and replying to comments on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.) to increase user engagement
Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or reactive moderation) within forums, comments, images, videos and audio, liaising with the different team where required
Banning users who impact online communities in negative manner, tracking and remove previously banned users
Create WhatsApp/Facebook post and replies in a way which builds brand awareness and loyalty in an engaging way
Oversee clients social media various page/group sanctity
Counter reply, monitor and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Requirements for the Job
You have 0-3 years of experience as social media executive or similar roles
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
Working operational knowledge and understanding of online community platform moderation tools (Forums, Blogs, Photo Uploads, Commenting etc.)
Knowledge of the Maharashtra politics and targeted demographics culture, as well as internet culture
Ability to effectively communicate information and report statistics
Team player, detail focused and reliable
Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
Have a good knowledge of principles of customer service
Knowledge of Marathi, Hindi and English
