Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities.
1. Pitching products and/or services
2. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers
3. Create daily lead sources.
4. Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
5. Make sales presentation within established guidelines and approved sales script.
6. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all prospective accredited businesses.
7. Accurately and truthfully explain all benefits and costs of our product to each prospective business and describe the mission and objectives of the company.
8. Collect payment from the clients.
9. Accurately complete the application for accreditation.
10. Maintain established minimum standard of performance.
11. Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
12. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
13. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
14. Developing quotes and proposals
15. Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
16. Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met
17. Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company s products.
Work Environment
Extensive travelling is a must. Willing to travel within India.
Probation
6 months Probation
Package
During the time of Probation initial Stipend of Rs.15000 can reimburse the travelling accommodation expenses. Food allowance is included within the salary.
After 3 months will give targets. If the candidate is achieving the target within the stipulated time will get a salary of 30000 incentives expense reimbursement.
After the probation if the candidate is performing very well, we will appoint him as Area Manager.
