Urgent Vacancy for DM, Ahmedabad
1-Budget Exercise Control To draw realistic quarterly and annual budget, timely evaluation of the same followed by due escalation and corrective action wherever required. Periodic variance analysis with perper explanations and to draw attention of respective department heads on the same.
2-Ensuring timely preparation of MIS and reports as per corporate and other external requirement, ensuring correct data submission to corporate office and to maintain accuracy and diligence in preparation of various reports and MIS. Report includes Hyperion Reporting, KPI reporting, COAI report, Performance template, Exceptional reporting, TRAI report, Execo, COAI benchmarking, Cost Audit Data, Preparation of Weekly Subscribers and Revenue Forecasts, Other Ad hoc requirements.
3-Timely completion of Month end activities as per the calendar issued by corporate office for every month, clearing hyperion validation errors and ensuring timely completion of all related activities to smoothen the month end closing process. Ensuring timely and correct reporting of all internal MIS/reports. Reports includes Subscriber reporting, Daily MIS report preparation and data analysis, Postpaid Data - Analysis of Cycle Wise Usage, calling pattern, MOU, billed revenue, ARPU, Scheme-wise subscribers, Revenue and ARPU, Prepaid Data Analysis of Usage, Calling Pattern, MOU, ARPU and promo wise financial data analysis, Recharge pattern and PF analysis, cost to Serve, Budget Vs Actual and other adhoc internal requirements.
4-Ensuring proper teamwork and co-ordination, creating proper backups, development of colleagues and subordinates, personality development, etc.
5-Ensuring improvement in current wok profile, suggesting new ways of doing things and implementing the same. Ensuring saving of man hours and energy by suggesting improved ways of doing things. Ensuring employee happiness at all times.
The incumbent should be well versed with Excel,Pivot Table, Vlook up , H Look up etc.
Has to be B.Com graduate / ICWA Inter/ CA Inter.
Minimum 3 to 8 yrs.
