Designation Team Leader - Operations
Process - Domestic (Inbound Voice Process)
Should have the ability to spearhead a process from scratch
Should be able to motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members/Team Leaders.
Answer operations related queries from the client.
Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs
Ability to drive process, performance, transformation and control/reduce attrition
Able to guide the team by implementing best practices and always lead-by-example
The candidate will be responsible for accurate Time bound Reporting.
He/ She must be mature individual who can handle pressure Adhere to strict deadlines.
Strong Analytical Skills with logical thinking capability.
Understanding of the Business requirement and capability to address issues at various levels
Responsible for reviewing and tracking the progress on the action plans shared by the internal teams and highlighting deviations
Good Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point
Should be able to conversant in oral written English.
Knowledge of Billing Models and understanding Invoicing process.
Should be open to change, Multi-tasking skills
Confident Capable to interact/manage and handle the clients
Ability to work on data and generate various types of dashboards, reports/ad-hoc reports.
Knowledge of VBA, MS Access / SQL (Preferred).
Applicants Specifications Qualification
Must be from BPO/Telecom Industry - Voice Process Background.
Good knowledge of MS Excel other MS Office Applications.
Ability to think strategically and work in terms of business opportunity and growth.
Candidate should be ready to work in a 24 7 environment.
Ability to handle pressure and a natural go-getter.
