We are looking for a junior-level professional who will be responsible for product demos, customer onboarding, basic issue resolution, and driving adoption of paid features for the Offrd platform. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills along with basic technical understanding. Looking for Immediate joiners. Mode of work Work from Office Job Location Trivandrum , Technopark Key Responsibilities Product Demos Onboarding Conduct live product demos for prospective customers via Zoom/Teams Onboard new customers and guide them through key product features Clearly explain product value and real-life use cases Customer Support Issue Handling Act as the first point of contact for customer-reported issues Troubleshoot and fix minor functional or configuration issues Coordinate with the engineering/product team for complex issues Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction Paid Feature Adoption Upsell Educate customers on premium and paid features Persuade customers to upgrade by highlighting benefits and ROI Support customers during trial-to-paid conversion Customer Communication Maintain professional and empathetic communication with customers Handle objections, questions, and feedback effectively Maintain basic documentation of customer interactions and issues.
