Your contribution will directly support the company s business development and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce and promote the company s products and services.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve basic concerns.
Follow up with prospective clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
