As a Telecaller Cum Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing outbound calling activities, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and presenting suitable solutions. Your contribution will directly support the company s business development and customer acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively initiate outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the company s products and services, generating new business opportunities.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing structures while clearly presenting the value proposition to potential clients.
Identify and analyze customer needs through effective questioning and active listening, and recommend appropriate solutions aligned with their requirements.
Handle customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring accurate information is provided and basic concerns are addressed efficiently.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads, strengthen engagement, and support successful conversion into sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities as per company processes.
