Expertise in Database Mining and Management.
Proficiency in Data Management Softwares.
Expertise in organizing promotional events and activities/ Brand building etc. and coordinating with the marketing department for Advertisement Campaigns.
Expertise in Corporate presentations, Sales conclusion, Market survey, Institutional Sales.
Assuring Complete Customer Satisfaction and Retaining cordial relationship with the existing clients resulting in branding and achieving reference Bookings.
Expertise in Residential / Commercial Sales and exceptional at handling reports.
co-ordinate with Marketing activities and sales pre-sales team
Motivate and Encourage sales team to achieve their target
Manage to achieve top line results to achieve revenue and brand objectives.
Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model
Planning and Analysing the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
