Job Description
Expertise in monitoring of Large Townships/ Commercial/Residential projects.
Should have knowledge on cost estimation, rate analysis, client billing of various infrastructure projects.
Preparing work breakdown structure, project summary schedule, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule), project control schedule and construction schedule and checking BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for all kind of civil interior projects with respect to dawning issued on site for construction.
Should have performance driven attitude with management of time, Cost and functional requirements of the large projects.
