Key Responsibilities
- Management of Digital Product Team Lead and mentor the digital product team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
- Bank Service Provider Coordination Liaise with bank service providers to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Use Case Evaluations and Framing Assess and frame use cases to align with business goals and customer needs.
- Due Diligence and Customer Onboarding Approvals Conduct thorough due diligence and manage the customer onboarding approval process.
- PIDF - Nodal Officer Act as the Nodal Officer for PIDF, ensuring compliance and effective management of the initiative.
- Sales Support and Enforcement Support sales teams and enforce strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Marketing Team Coordination Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- IT Team Coordination Work closely with the IT team to ensure product development and operational efficiency.
- Profitability Analysis Conduct profitability analysis to identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
- Co-branded Entity Management Manage relationships and operations with co-branded entities to maximise partnership benefits.
- New Initiatives Identify and drive new initiatives to expand product offerings and enhance market position.
- Product Operations Oversee day-to-day product operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
-Testing and QA Approval Manage testing phases and approve QA processes to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Audit and Compliance Management Ensure adherence to audit and compliance standards, mitigating risks and addressing issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in API Integration
- Knowledge in Payment Gateways
- Knowledge in Merchant acquisition
- Agency Banking Awareness in current regulatory updates
- Saas experience is a plus
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating with various stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on profitability and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
