Job Description
Target Achievement To achieve the monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, product wise and unit wise, head quarter wise for the Area.
Ensure effective sales activity and incentive plan for each FLE is done within the stipulated time and communicated to the reporting manager
Plan and execute own tour programs and joint field work
Plan to achieve daily call average norms with increased POB
Monitoring and planning activities and sales from key customers
Identify and target need for non call activities
Continuously reviewing activity, sales and other parameters with respect to KRAs of the FLE to ensure that it is achieved in the right quality and within the defined timeframe
Successfulplanning and execution of call and non-call activities as per the norms and strategy of the organization in coordination with reporting manager and HO
Timely settlement of expired and breakage goods
Ensure availability of all brands (particularly new products launched) at the retailer level
Preparation of brand matrix and use of promotional and medical inputs
Smooth functioning of trade channel (stockists/institutions) by ensuring optimum primary secondary ratio, secondary stock days, no outstanding and speedy resolution of any issues
Timely reporting on JFWR (joint field work report), tour program, expense statement, key customer reports, non call activity reports and any other daily / monthly / weekly report/online tool that may be required from time to time
