Key Account Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the jewelry industry.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess performance, understand their requirements, and identify growth opportunities.
Develop account-specific strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Growth and Target Achievement
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and pursue potential leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to create innovative sales strategies and promotional activities to boost revenue.
Forecast sales projections accurately and report on sales performance regularly.
Product Knowledge and Market Insights
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics.
Have a comprehensive understanding of our jewelry products, their features, and benefits.
Share market insights with internal teams to drive product development and enhance customer experience.
Negotiation and Pricing
Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with key accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Implement pricing strategies that maintain profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Customer Service and Issue Resolution
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly, working closely with customer service and other internal teams to provide satisfactory resolutions.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Reporting and Analysis
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account interactions, sales activities, and customer data in CRM systems.
Prepare regular sales reports and present performance metrics to the management team.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a relevant sales role within the jewelry industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
In-depth knowledge of the jewelry market, industry trends, and customer preferences.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key clients and internal teams.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
He should know English, Hindi, Tamil OR Malyalam Languagae (Mandatory).
