Job Description
Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming calls from callers for various reasons- answer inquiries, resolve complaints, requests and provide information.
Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution.
Keep records of customer interaction regularly
Should be fluent in English
Relevant experience in customer service would be an added advantage
Very good spoken English with the right attitude
