Role responsibilities Feasibility studies for High rise, Plotted Villa developments with interactions with the BD team. Concept Design for Highrise Plotted developments with good presentation skills developing the Area Statement matrices. Driving the Sanction Drawings/ NOC drawings along with Planning Authority visits with Knowledge on Codes Byelaws including local Byelaws, NBC/ any other as applicable Preparation checking of Rera material Area Statements The SPOC for the Project from design from inception to completion Coordination with external Consultants the SMEP team to drive the Design Development completion for timely issual of the GFC drawings to site Issue of Accurate SMEP coordinated GFC drawings to site with focus on design detailing Coordinate with the Sales marketing team, external rendering agencies, model makers for preparation, co-ordination delivery of the Marketing collaterals the design of the Marketing office. Preparation of Agreement plans responding to any customer queries/escalations from the CRM team. Conduct Design review meetings periodically with external Consultants attend the site meetings as required. Responding to the Site RFIs any revisions to the issued drawings at site in a timely manner. Needs to be able to communicate with clarity both verbally through design Preferred candidate profile 10 Years of related experience in Design of High rise buildings/large residential Projects. Should have worked in Core design in leading Architectural Consultancies in Bangalore. Knowledge from real estate market is a bonus..
