Teamlead Waterbased Technology Platform

You will take the lead in organizing and managing product development projects within the Global Water-Based Coatings Technology Platform. You will continuously analyze technology trends, patents, markets and competitors to develop innovative state-of-the-art solutions. Based on this, you will perform feasibility studies and profitability assessments for different technology scenarios and products. You will work closely with business units and internal interdisciplinary teams, oversee portfolio management and product development, taking into account customer specifications. You will evaluate product features, interpret test results and suggest the way to improve them. You will also prepare regular technical report documents and present results and proposals to achieve project goals within the specified timeframe. You will evaluate new raw materials and discuss results with suppliers to understand the reasons for successes or failures to improve Siegwerk expertise. You are willing to travel occasionally to attend meetings with cooperation partners or to accompany industrial trials at customer sites.
