Job Description
The individual would be working on ERP Implementation.
Would have to guide the technical team on development and customization.
Analyse customer requirements and translate it into technical requirements.
Would be involved in Implementation, testing, and design of products being designed
internally.
Communicate directly with customers to gather requirements, understand issues, present
solutions and demo products to end customer.
Present results to the management about problems, solutions, methodologies, best
practices, etc.
Responsible for Implementation process with the guidance of managers.
Set up ERP trial systems and enter data.
Build strong personal relations with customer 39 s resources
Create ERP implementation plans and implementation schedules for customers
Provide data files and instructions to customers
Get populated data files from the customer before scheduled deadlines
Thoroughly inspect, clean and upload data to ERP
Test data uploaded to ERP for correctness
Configure ERP user access controls
Create ERP training plans and training schedules for customer 39 s resources
Provide online or on premise training to customer 39 s resources
Provide extensive training to new recruits as and when required
Provide after sales support to the customer
Handle and close assigned service calls
Enter every new solution implemented into solutions database
Understand business requirements from customers and interpret it to technical
requirements.
Document all processes, methodologies, and changes related to implementations.
Transfer knowledge to internal teams, sharing insights gained during implementation.
Ensure the delivered solutions meet quality standards.
Provide necessary training and support to end-user s post-implementation.
Provide accurate and timely progress reports on implementations.
Ensure seamless collaboration between developers, and other stakeholders.
