Designing recruitment advertisements and giving postings in different Job Portals. Sourcing the profiles in the portals. Maintaining the recruitment Matrix with the date of indents and the Resource Tracker. Creating, designing, maintaining and updating of data bank for different categories of skilled professionals on various requirements.
