Job Description
3 years of experience in HR leadership role (Should have Talent Acquisition and Talent Management (Leadership Development, Learning Development, Employee Engagement experience)
Effective English communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
Hands on exp in initiating various HR Practices.
Recruitment,Staffing,Exit interview, Payroll etc.
Interacts with employees to obtain feedback suggestions to provide conducive work environment that would help improve performance and report to the Management.
Responsible for employee motivational recreational activities
Co-ordinate with client Dealers
Experience in Software Field preferred
