Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AR Caller to join our medical billing team. As a fresher in this role, you will be responsible for assisting with accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding claims, and facilitating communication with insurance companies and healthcare providers.
Calling all 2019-2024 graduates for an exciting venture into the US Healthcare sector. We re on the lookout for quick starters with top-notch English communication skills to hop on board.

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Immediate Joiners with Excellent Communication in English.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Any Graduates between 2020 2023 Passed out are eligible to apply.
3. Ability to prioritize and manage work queue.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
4. Expert in listening and solving problems
5. Proficient in delivering high quality result.
6. Capable of Grasping new concepts quickly.
7. Flexible to work with any shift timings. (6.30 pm to 3.30 a.m or 8 pm to 5 a.m)
Key Responsibilities as a AR Caller
1. Calling Insurance Company on behalf of healthcare providers for claim status.
2. Should handle US Healthcare Providers Billing.
3. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims.
4. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed.
5. Analyze claims in case of rejections.
6. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards.
