Nexode Tech is one of the fastest growing IT Solution provider that helps customers to use the latest technology solutions to achieve growth and reach their broader Business Goals.
We are rapidly expanding our market reach and currently require multiple sales team members starting from Sales Executives, Sales Consultant, Sales Coordinators to Sales Manager for selling our various Software Solutions, Hardware Products and IT Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES
Able to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Communicate with customers in an effective manner by listening to their needs and providing suitable options for them.
Demonstrating our software, hardware products and IT services efficiently.
Generating leads and visiting potential customers to sell software / hardware products and services.
Enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated to generate maximum sales
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
B2B ( Business to Business ) Sales Experience according to the position applied.
Have 2 years of IT solution sales experience with exposure to clients from different sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for selling is a must.
Product Knowledge / Demo skills.
Minimum one year of outdoor sales or Door to door IT Sales experience is preferred.
Strategic Prospecting Skills.
Smart, Pro Active, Aggressive and Hands-on.
Rapport Building on the Call / on visit.
Active Listening / Qualification Questioning.
Time Management.
Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
Sales/Marketing Skills.
Objection Prevention / Objection Handling.
Gaining Commitment / Closing Techniques.
Buyer-Seller Agreement.
Must be confident with a pleasing personality.
Be comfortable dealing with both small entities and/or large organizations.
Post-Sale Relationship Management.
Added advantage if experienced in the IT support, implementation of software solutions based on POS Software, ERP, CRM, Accounting workflow.
Multilingual candidates are preferable.
Diploma/Degree in any relevant field.
Willing to work under target pressures. Proven record of achieving sales targets.
Be Target driven and ability to suggest innovative solutions/ approach to the clients.
