Key Responsibilities The person would be responsible for hiring Business Leaders (HNI distribution Base ). He will also be responsible for further creating a distribution base of Financial Consultants under respective Business Leader. He would be doing business with this Business Leaders to complete his annual business target. These Business Leaders will be HNI business distributors with very attractive pay structures. Personality Requirements Extrovert, Passionate and sales oriented Passionate for achievement Go getter Basic Market understanding (Insurance sales) Must Have Achiever in past job assignment Worked in Delhi NCR for at least 3 years Should have worked in market and should have good locational awareness in areas Insurance Related Experience Will Be Preferred Must have his own conveyance Should have resided for 3 years in the local vicinity
