Achieve the sales recruitment target.

Job Purpose Building a productive distribution base of preferred ( HNI ) distributors for HDFC Life.
Key Responsibilities
The person would be responsible for hiring Business Leaders (HNI distribution Base ).
He will also be responsible for further creating a distribution base of Financial Consultants under respective Business Leader.
He would be doing business with this Business Leaders to complete his annual business target.
These Business Leaders will be HNI business distributors with very attractive pay structures.
