JOB ROLES AND RESPONSBILITES
1. Calling out customer to explain the purpose of the product in order to make a prospective
appointment with sales pitch to promote our software.
2. Co coordinating with the field executives until the completion of sale.
3. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region.
4. Answer calls professionally to provide information about products
5. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
6. Good communications skills
7. Record prospects in our CRM.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Choice 1 Min of 6 months experience in Domestic Voice Process and those who are passionate about
working in sales process.
Choice 2 Fresher s (Female Candidate who had completed Engineering degree) who sound and talk
smart on call and interested to work in sales process.
Timing for Telemarketing Executives 11 00 to 08 30 Pm (Tuesday to Friday) 10 00 to 7 00 pm (Saturday
and Sunday)
