1. Study of engineering drawings, process plans and establish documents, Design of fixturing. 2. To handle the CNC Machines, Turning, Turn mill, Milling, Mill Turn, VMC, HMC and 5 axis machines. 3. CNC Programming knowledge in Fanuc / Siemens and Heidenhain controllers (3 Axis, 4 Axis, 5 Axis). 4. To implement the cutting tools and prove out the part as per operation plan. 5. To handle the measuring instruments, gauges and CMM. 6. Operating and setting in CNC Machines. 7. Handle the Aerospace Materials such as inconel titanium etc. 8. Maintain the AS 9100 C documentation requirements and TQM in Manufacturing area. 9. Manpower Management of Operators, Engineers, Recruitment of Manpower for manufacturing department.
