Job Description
Understand Department standards, procedures and help ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
Understand and ensure adherence to different guidelines for each project.
Complete assignments as per defined timelines.
Assist with special projects, as required and deemed necessary.
Oversee team operations, provide supervision, support the team and delegate work based on the skill set of each individual team member.
Ensure Team KPIs are met and aligned with Customer and Business Owner requirements.
Send Leave Reports, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports to Managers, Business Owners and other Stakeholders as required within specified deadlines.
Closely Work with Process Analyst to ensure the team has undergone required training.
Consistently motivate and inspire team members to reach the next level.
Lead by setting a good example (i.e. role model - behavior consistent with words).
