Our Life Insurance client needs a Business Development Manager with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners.
Business Development Manager Responsibilities -
Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement
Recruitment of Team, Field calls and visits with team.
Target setting and achieving targets on monthly and annual basis.
Guiding the team to sell the products in the market.
Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met
Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
Business Development Manager Eligibility Criteria -
2 proven track record in sales or marketing with any Industry.
2 Years of stayed in current city.
Age between 24 to 36
Graduation required
Local Candidates will be preferred.
