Responsibilities
Sales and relationship management of Consumer Durables retail chains / stores for EMI on Credit Cards andConsumer finance for PUNE
Responsible to acquire new Consumer Durables retail chains / stores to add volumes and profitability tom the existing portfolio to ensure the overall growth.
Leading team of 25 to 35 Relationship Officers and 1 backend executive and 1 Team Leader
Responsible for revenue generation by acquiring new Consumer Durables retail chains / stores and pushing them for EMI on Credit Cards and Consumer finance.
Coordinating with the in-house operations, credit and risk teams to ensure the approvals and disbursals of loans within the committed time lines to the customer
Involved in implementing and monitoring of business / sales strategies to drive growth in business volumes and achieving annual targets. Preparation of business plan and presentation to the management with focus on key deliverables
Responsible for recruitment, training and motivation of Sales team for target achievement and compliance with performance parameters
