Job Position - Industrialization Engineer( experience working in Wiring harness industry )
Reporting to - Production Manager.
Key Skill -
PPAP, Quality tools(7QC tool, SPC, 8D, 6 Sigma), Lean tools, Ergonomics, PFMEA, Tools Jig development.
Roll Summary -
You will be responsible for developing tools, processes and methods to support the implementation of new products and improving product specific manufacturing processes. Taking the full technical leadership and support to the production, you will be providing and driving an action plan to improve quality, productivity and cost.
Responsibilities
Setup product line to customer requirement in the Pilot Lot/ Ramp-up phase of project .
Smooth transition of lines to the regular production team after approval from CFT.
Leads Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses PFMEA for current and new process risk quantification and minimization.
Develop process and machine specifications, fixture designs and test execution methods.
Conceptualizes, develops, validates and implements new production lines, cycle/tack time studies, processes and equipment working closely with New Product Development NPD team.
Maintain measurement systems analyses (gage repeatability and reproducibility), Problem solves through root cause analyses and 8D processes with Quality team.
Define and write process control methods, technical specifications and procedures required for reliability and intended product consistency.
Propose ideas for new processes deploy new technologies that improve production process and quality.
Participates in cross-functional development team CFT to achieve high-quality product development and high-volume manufacturing.
