B.Ed in Special Education(Learning Disability/Mental Retardation) and/or M.Ed in Special Education(Learning Disability/Mental Retardation) Work with students having Special Education Needs. Cater to Pre-Primary referrals. Involvement in SEN Admissions. Conduct classroom observations and informal assessments for referred cases. Formulate and implement Individualized Educational Programs (IEPs) for all permanent cases in each term. Prepare worksheets and teaching aids for achieving remedial goals. Evaluate IEP goals at an individual level as well as through exam papers and review sheets to ensure application of skills. Prepare progress reports on the basis of the same.
