1)Primarily responsible for all matters related to Documentation
2)Co ordination with customers on day to day basis.
3)Co ordination with various Shipping Lines with regard to booking and getting quotations for the sales team.
4)Responsible for making online booking with various lines through their software package and Inttra.
5)Issuing D/O to the customers and providing them with sailing schedules and updating them with regards to their shipments.
6)Co ordination with liners B/L department with regard to MB/L releasing and payment related matters.
7)Responsible for releasing H/BLS to customers along with their invoices and following up with them for payment.
8)Responsible for sending documents to overseas agents along with pre-alerts and overseas invoices.
9)Responsible for maintaining records and documents with regard to the shipments.
10)Responsible for sales co ordination and providing all necessary support and feedback to the sales team.
11)Co ordination with head office accounts department with regard to payments to Liners and receipts from customers.
12)Updating the accounts department with regard to receipts and payments from customers.
13)Coordinating with agents for shipments from beginning till end of dispatch of goods at final spot.
