Responsibilities
Recruit telemarketing executives and handle them
Retention percentage should be monitored on regular basis
Maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Branch Manager.
Candidate Requirements
Outbound calling or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
Proven track record in a sales environment
Good attention to detail
Confident and self motivated
