Experience
0--3 years in Digital Marketing, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, or related fields (e.g., MarCom/Events/Operations for Mass Communication graduates).

Role purpose
Own end-to-end digital discoverability and paid acquisition for a cohort of RepairTech and Carwash customers. Act as the day-to-day account owner campaign execution, reporting, renewal health and customer satisfaction. We are willing to train the right candidate on SEM and intricate technical tasks if they demonstrate exemplary articulation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Core responsibilities
Run local SEO and SEM for 35-40 shops per cohort GBP optimization, NAP hygiene, directory submissions (15 ), location pages, Google/Bing Ads campaigns.
Plan and ship 2 email 1 WhatsApp/SMS broadcast per shop per month with the CMS partner own deliverability, segmentation and reply triage.
Operate the AI-calling stack (up to 100 calls/shop/mo) script tuning, list ingestion, outcome tagging and monthly QA.
Translate every shop s funnel (impressions CTR bookings ARO) into a monthly business review for the customer.
Be the single point of contact for assigned customers - weekly WoW updates, monthly review, and escalation handling.
Partner with the Content/CMS LMM on briefs, schema, AI discoverability pages and keyword-to-content mapping.
