An energetic and customer-focused professional responsible for selling new and used vehicles, providing an exceptional showroom experience, and generating revenue for the dealership. Skilled in customer relationship management, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing sales. Works closely with sales managers to achieve targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction and strong brand representation.
Key Roles Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
Welcome customers to the showroom and understand their vehicle needs.
Conduct product presentations, feature demonstrations, and test drives.
Respond to inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads) promptly.
2. Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the sales manager.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize deals.
3. Product Knowledge
Stay updated on vehicle features, variants, pricing, and offers.
Educate customers on finance options, insurance, exchange, and accessories.
Ensure accurate and professional communication of brand/product benefits.
4. Documentation CRM
Prepare sales orders, delivery documents, and customer records.
Update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and closure status.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO teams for smooth delivery.
5. Delivery After-Sales Coordination
Ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
Explain vehicle functions and maintenance tips to customers.
Follow up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and collect referrals.
