JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY
1. Initial understanding of the market by taking calls and self evaluating them self.
2. Quality control of the calls
3. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the team
4. Making sure that maximum manpower is utilized
5. Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.
6. Allocating telecalling leads to Agents.
7. Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress, leave records, areas where
they are lacking, etc.
8. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.
9. Responsible for re-training of Advisors.
10. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.
11. Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected.
12. Competition tracking (for processes performance)
13. Hold accountability for team and individual targets.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
1. Bachelors Degree.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in developing the above skills. Experience must include
tele-marketing job.
3. 6 months experience as Team Leader in a domestic call center
4. Fluency with general desktop productivity software.
5. Very strong verbal communication skills
Timings 11 00 to 08 30 Pm (Tuesday to Friday) 10 00 to 7 00 pm (Saturday and Sunday)
