We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support our project management team and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, capable of managing multiple tasks and supporting various stakeholders. This role is crucial to maintaining project flow and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Track project progress, update schedules, and maintain accurate documentation.
Help allocate resources effectively and assist in managing project budgets.
Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Identify potential risks and issues and report them to the Project Manager.
Maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, contracts, and invoices.
Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
