Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of telesales representatives.

Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales leadership team to align telesales goals with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Training and Development
Provide comprehensive training for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members.
Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to address specific needs.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Customer Relationship Management
Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients.
Handle escalated customer issues and collaborate with other departments to provide solutions.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Process Improvement
Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the telesales team.
Implement best practices to streamline workflows and enhance overall productivity.
Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend adjustments to sales strategies as needed.
Reporting
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in telesales, with a minimum of 5 - 10 in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
