Job Summary
L 5 level Transaction Processing Unit Manager to manage a team of approximately 20 _ people in Banking and Capital Markets domain- Non-Voice BPS account (US Client).
Roles Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day planning, operation and problem solving of a team of agents to meet with the required service level components
Familiarize the team and self with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance
Create an environment oriented to open communications, creative thinking, cohesive team effort and workplace trust
Lead by example
Motivate team members and provide timely performance feedback to the associates.
Assure that all team members have the required training to effectively participate on their assigned process
Keep the immediate manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status
Adhere to deadlines and always ensure fidelity on data submission
Adhere to the set KRA and SLA internal and external
Timely Client communications
Monitoring team Performance and share feedback on timely basis
Provide Subject Matter Expertise.
Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager
Successfully complete all client related training in timely manner
Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both through direct intervention and mentoring
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely constructive feedback and counseling
Ensure timeliness on reporting and client deliverables
Take initiative to continuously improve the process
Years of experience needed
Candidate should have minimum of 2plus years of work experience in similar BPO field preferably from Banking and Capital Markets Domain (primary preference)
Secondary preference will be for Candidates who have experience in other BPO domains like Accounting, Insurance etc
Candidate with an experience of back office.
Technical / Non-Technical Skills
Very Good knowledge on Process Domain Capital Market Subject matter Knowledge of Capital Market and Brokerage Operation functions along with insight into US Stock Market concepts preferred.
Excellent communication skills to be part of Client calls and Management Calls.
Prior Work Experience of Team Handling, preferably from same Industry for at least 2 years
Very good People Management and Group handling skills.
Good Technical/PC skills with a sound knowledge of MS Office Tools MS Excel, Word, Power Point
US Shifts (India Night shift) working time mandatory
Certifications Needed
Education 12 3 Degree Education is mandatory B Com, BBA and BBM Graduates preferred, however Candidate with good work experience but with other Specialization can be looked into to some extent Only.
Additional Certification on Financial Aspects is added advantage.
Additional Certification on Stock Market Subjects is added advantage.
