BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION Armia Systems Pvt Ltd @ Infopark Kochi We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by analyzing data, conducting market research, and preparing high-quality proposals for potential clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills. JOB SPECIFICATION Collecting and Understating website, software requirements of the clients. Ensure timely management and sharing of all project-related reports with clients, the team, and management. Develop requirements to business proposal Project coordination between developer and client Conducting regular project meetings and client updates Communication through chat/ email/ telephone/ Other communication modes regarding Requirement gathering, Project update, Delivery Post delivery. Obtains estimates/level of effort and distributes to Clients Develops communications documents Business project proposal, Project status, project milestones, user-manuals etc. Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow. Being available on-call for emergencies and any project-specific demands. Requirements Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT Startups. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools (e.g., Proposal software). Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of project management principles is a plus. Familiarity with technical and business terminology relevant to the industry.
