Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with Microsoft office an added advantage.
Ability to remain calm in stressful or upset customer situations.
Strong documentation skills.
Sound problem-solving skills to identify the underlying causes of customer issues.
Ability to multitask.
Proactive approach to providing support.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
Willingness to work night shifts.
