Candidate should have experience in Engineering Design Services/Solutions and with Outsourcing/ offshore models
Candidate will be responsible for managing the CADISON Process Industry Solution (Visio PID) Business with the sales team in Germany
Develop a pipeline of prospects by identifying and conducting focused research
Make outbound calls (cold/warm) to identify qualified leads in the assigned region (domestic/international).
Engage in intelligent conversations with project-based inquiries and arrange appointments with the Sales team with the concerned point of contact.
Contact prospects and generate alternate contacts to update the database
Cultivate prospects till they become qualified leads
Candidate will be responsible for multiple territories and preparing executing sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets
