Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of manual testers, providing guidance and support.
Allocate tasks and manage resources to ensure project deadlines are met.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
Execute manual tests to identify bugs and ensure the software meets business and user.
Document and report test results and work closely with developers to resolve identified.
Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices within the team.
Implement and maintain testing processes and methodologies.
Review and analyse system specifications to identify testing requirements.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
Participate in requirement and design review meetings.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve product quality and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in manual testing.
Identify areas for improvement within the testing process and implement effective solutions.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for team members to enhance their skills.
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience in manual testing, with at least 4 years in a lead role.
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
Familiarity with various testing techniques and methodologies.

Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
