Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Exective to join our team at Aceware Fintech Services. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in customer service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our customers, helping them navigate our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in KYC documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support throughout the onboarding process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for customers to familiarize them with our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Hindi and English proficiency in Assamese is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
