Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Scout to join our team and take full ownership of the talent acquisition process for the Inside Sales Market. This role requires a professional with a strong background in sales recruiting who can efficiently manage sourcing, hiring, offer negotiation, and stakeholder relations while collaborating with third-party vendors (TP).
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Ensure timely delivery of hiring needs by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
Vendor Third-Party Management (TP)
Collaborate with external talent partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of candidates.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with recruiting agencies and talent pools.
Candidate Sourcing Pipeline Development
Identify and engage top talent through job portals, social media, and networking channels.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of potential candidates for future requirements.
Sales-Specific Recruiting Expertise
Focus on hiring for sales roles that align with the business needs of Adobes Inside Sales market.
Understand sales targets, KPIs, and required skill sets to match candidates effectively.
Offer Management Negotiation
Handle end-to-end offer process, including preparation, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure competitive offers while balancing budget constraints.
Stakeholder Management
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment throughout the process.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Data-Driven Decisions
Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to enhance hiring strategies.
Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements.
Compliance Diversity
Ensure recruitment practices align with organizational policies and compliance standards.
Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
Experience 3 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on sales roles.
Vendor Management Expertise Experience working with external talent partners (TP) or agencies.
Strong Negotiation Skills Ability to manage candidate expectations and negotiate offers.
Stakeholder Management Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders.
Knowledge of Sales Hiring Trends Understanding of sales processes, roles, and KPIs.
Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Data-Driven Ability to leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to make informed decisions.
