Role responsibilities Location PAN INDIA, Remote Timings Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm Job Description The Sourcing Specialist is a support role to the GSC (Global Supply Chain) Strategic Sourcing Managers providing support in the areas of contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding. This will be an extension of the GSC Sourcing Managers to provide the tactical contract and procurement support. Supply Chain Management Onboarding new suppliers (10 ) Onboard new Regional/Site suppliers, facilitate vendor screening through specific Microsoft onboarding tool across different categories. Ensure supplier vendor codes are ready in the system for contract issuance prior to the RFP process by working closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders. All categories Contract Services Procurement various categories (60 ) Conduct regional/site specific RFPs of multiple sites in parallel, perform commercial bid evaluation, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders on scope levelling, ensuring all bidders have submitted proposals on the same level of scope understanding. Critically appraise contracts documents to ensure requisite quality. Prepare ARL (Award Recommendation Letter) to GSC and DCE. Coordinate with related stakeholders to ensure timely routing of contract for signatory. Indirect only, professional services Ad-hoc Others (30 ) Business Group Team size 6 in Team here in SG Purpose of the team Global Supply Chain is responsible for areas of contract services procurement, contract execution, and supplier onboarding Typical Day in the Role Conducting RFPs Juggle multiple projects i.e. 6-8 at any one time Managing external stakeholders, suppliers Managing Compass platform Ensuring accurate cost analysis Covering APAC including India Stakeholders Supply Chain, Data Center Engineering, Project Management Team Cost Management Team, Business Operations Team, Accounts Payable Team Candidate Value Proposition Dealing with internal and external stakeholders gives you the exposure across APAC, working with different cultures and countries make this role interesting Candidate Requirements 1. 5-7 years of Indirect Sourcing (Procurement) experience is a must have. Contract management experience would be secondary. 2. Well-versed in program / project management i.e. looking at cost, adhering to timelines etc. Proven track-record of managing high demands and high attention to detail given the nature of the role 3.
